Astroo is a dating app that uses astrological compatibility to help you find meaningful connections. We calculate synastry — the comparison of your birth chart with another person's — to reveal romantic and sexual compatibility percentages.

When you create your profile, you enter your birth date, time, and place. We use this data to compute your birth chart. When you encounter another user, our synastry engine compares both charts and produces a Romantic compatibility % and a Sexual compatibility %.

Our compatibility scores are based on established astrological synastry calculations. However, astrology is for entertainment and informational purposes only — it should not be used as professional or scientific advice. Real connections depend on many factors beyond the stars.

Astroo offers a free tier with 50 swipes per day. For unlimited swipes, no ads, and advanced features like priority discovery and unlimited compatibility calculations, you can upgrade to our Plus or Premium plans.

Download Astroo from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with your email, verify your email address, and complete the onboarding: enter your name, birth details (date, time, place), preferences, and upload at least one photo. You must confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your profile, photos, matches, and conversations. Some data may be retained for legal compliance as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your birth time is essential for calculating an accurate birth chart, which determines the positions of celestial bodies at the moment you were born. If you don't know your exact birth time, you can select "Approximate" or "Unknown" — we'll use noon (12:00) as a default.

During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Your age is calculated from the birth date you provide. Astroo is strictly for adults only.

These are two separate scores calculated by our synastry engine. Romantic compatibility measures emotional and relational alignment, while Sexual compatibility measures physical and passionate chemistry — both derived from your respective birth charts.

You can generate a personal QR code in the app that contains your astrological data (no personal identity). When someone scans your QR code, the app instantly calculates your compatibility — a fun way to check chemistry with friends without sharing profiles.

AI Astral Readings are personalized astrological analyses generated by artificial intelligence, based on your birth chart and your compatibility with a specific person. They provide deeper narrative insights beyond the percentage scores.

Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Every photo you upload goes through automated review. Some photos may be flagged for manual review by our moderation team. This process ensures a safe and respectful environment for all users.

You can block or report a user directly from their profile or from within a conversation. Blocked users can no longer see your profile or contact you. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Your specific birth date, time, and place are never shown to other users. Only compatibility scores and zodiac information are displayed. When using the QR feature, astrological data is shared anonymously for calculation purposes only.

Astroo offers three tiers: Free (50 swipes/day), Plus (unlimited swipes, 5 super likes/day, no ads, undo swipe, extended compatibility), and Premium (everything in Plus, plus unlimited super likes, see who liked you, priority discovery, and unlimited compatibility calculations).

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased your subscription. Contact their support directly for refund requests. We do not process payments directly.

Yes, all paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your device's subscription settings.
